Stewardship precedes leadership. Leadership is critical, but it has also become fashionable. If you are faithful with little, you will be trusted with much. Be faithful with WHAT you’ve been given, and you will be trusted with more. We also must ourselves be trustworthy in protecting the core of our beliefs. A leader is compelled by vision!

Our plan A is never God’s plan A. We only get to God’s plan A when our plans A, B & C fail. The path to vision is always going to come with failures, but the only crime in failing is failing and NOT learning from it.
