Ep #110: FindAWayFriday - Tommy Bowman & Dan Ruta - Canoeing the Mountains - Chapter 4
Jon, Tommy & Dan dig into chapter 4 of Canoeing the Mountains. When you find yourself in shifting terrain, you must FIND A WAY and adapt for success in the new environment. Stewardship precedes leadership. Leadership is critical, but it has also become fashionable. If you are faithful with little, you will be trusted with much. Be faithful with WHAT you’ve been given, and you will be trusted with more. We also must ourselves be trustworthy in protecting the core of our beliefs. A leader is compelled by vision!
Our plan A is never God’s plan A. We only get to God’s plan A when our plans A, B & C fail. The path to vision is always going to come with failures, but the only crime in failing is failing and NOT learning from it.
One of the main ways that Mission Church has innovated during this pandemic is through Watch Parties. Join the excitement by hosting a Watch Party! Download the Mission app and sign up today! People need to experience the love of God as they are led into the mission of God. Whatever season you find yourself in, love well and lead into the mission of God!

Ep #109: Therapy Thursday - Bryan Silver - Marriage - Intentional Connections
Jon & Bryan talk about how we can be intentional to improve our marriage relationships. If we’re going to connect on a regular basis, it is not going to be by accident. James challenges readers not to seek friendship with the world; don't speak evil against one another, don't boast about tomorrow and don't trust in riches. These are strung like pearls by James because they are all relevent to overall faithfulness.

Episode #101: More Monday - James 3 - Dr. Sanjay Merchant
Jon & Sanjay take a look at James chapter 3 and it's timely message about taming the tongue. The tongue is a crossroads between our minds and our hearts, and when not controlled, it can incite chaos.
